Meet Nigel Smith: Decades of Award-Winning Expertise

The heart of our company is Nigel Smith, who brings an incredible 40 years of experience in the UK construction industry right here to Florida. Nigel’s portfolio is exceptionally diverse, ranging from large-scale commercial developments—including offices, schools, pubs, factories, and new housing estates—to specialized projects like house refurbishments, custom carpentry, and bespoke cabinetry across London and the home counties.

Nigel’s commitment to excellence hasn't gone unnoticed:

• Award-Winning Craftsmanship: He was honored with an English Heritage Award for designing and building a complex Girl Guide Adventure Centre in a conservation area.

• Community Impact: His outstanding work and dedication led to him being recognized by the local authority as Citizen of the Year.

A Passion for Mentoring and Quality

Beyond the blueprints, Nigel is deeply passionate about the future of construction. Throughout his career, he has trained and mentored hundreds of apprentices, equipping them with the practical, hands-on skills needed to thrive. Many of his trainees are now running successful businesses of their own—a true testament to the quality of his guidance.

Nigel is excited to continue this legacy of meticulous design, superior quality, and community involvement here in St. Petersburg and across the Tampa Bay Area.
